I have a very nice bar like counter top so I wanted to use that space for my dining area instead. I looked long and hard for inexpensive bar stools with the right height and were also attractive. I found them at Everyting Furniture. I bought two and they were inexpensive and they were quality bar stools. The only con if I had to do one is that the back on these chairs are a little lower than I wanted. It is not noticable at all though,just me being pickey. They are very comfortable, nice quality, very sturdy. These chairs came assebled with the exception of the padding for the chair. This part was a little difficult because my husband identified that to secure the padding, it was necessary to have washers for the screws since the packaging did not include washers. - Model Home
