Comments: I found out about Everything Furniture thru a sister who purchased a bombe chest. I contacted them and have placed an order for a vanity dresser, mirror, and stool. This particular item is backordered at this time. However, all communication I have received, via e-mail as well as phone contact, has been superb. The customer service is prompt, professional, and very helpful. My sister has received her piece of furniture, and it is exquisite. Am hoping that my manufacturers ship date will be sooner than what I have been quoted. Comments: The childs bean bag chair was true to picture and description on web page. It seems to be very well made - hope so - because my grandson throws himself into it more than he sits on it. With shipping and handling, taxes, etc, it was a little pricy. It was slightly bigger than I thought, but that was a positive. It doesnt really mold into a chair like I wanted, but all I have to do is take out some of the stuffing...better too much than not enough. Overall, Im glad I purchased it and my grandson loves it!

Comments: The entire transaction was handled great. The item arrived damaged so I contacted the company by email and was responded to the same day. The issue was quickley taken care of aand the replacement item was shipped promptly. Received the new item in great condition and the damaged item was packaged and picked up by the shipping company and returned at the same time. I feel a company can best be judged not only on their service but how well they handle the bad situations when they happen. I feel I couldnt have been serviced any better. Thank You Dean P.S. Comments: This review is for the stainless steel and white kitchen bakers rack which I received last week. I love it, and it was very simple to put together, and everything fit smoothly and snugly. I had no problems at all putting it together. The end result looks much more expensive than its total cost and the total price was much better than going through Target, which I found on the internet as well. I am very, very pleased with my bakers rack. The only complaint is that, although was delivered timely, it was not deposited on my front porch as I had requested. I have been remodeling my house since last October, so my new contractor may have moved it to the back of the house.

By the way - Linen-n-Things is selling a similar product @ $69.99 but the quality is poor...the foot rest is wood which wont hold up over time, and the seat cushions are lope- sided (yuck).

They dont even list an email address on the information page. Not good for a company that advertizes that they are one of the largest online home furnishing providers... I needed to replace a coat rack in the entry hall. You couldnt run out to a coat rack shop to buy a new one and the furniture stores didnt focus on this item. We turned to the web and were very pleased. The quality was excellent, delivery earlier than we expected, and the assembly was straight forward. The overall experience was pleasant and we felt like we got value for our money.

Upon assembly, howerver, one of the leg units was soddered together at a wrong angle making assembly impossible. I have called a number of times and havent gotten a call back from the Homestyles consumer assistance line. I am still waiting. I have left numerous messages and an e-mail. If this is resolved shortly I will be a VERY happy consumer!

Comments: I purchased a halltree with storage seat from Everything Furniture and found the experience more than excellent from the price, receipt and customer service after the sale. I was notified the package was on its way. It was much nicer than pictured on the website and very easy to put together. I was missing a few hole covers and the seat had a small crack. When I called customer service there was no questions asked and another box was received less than a week later with the hole covers and a new seat. Even when I offered to return the cracked seat (as most companies require) I was told it wasnt necessary. I definitly recommend this company to anyone wanting quality furniture with quality service.
